A deposit of 10% is required to confirm your booking. The balance of the basic cost of the holiday is to be paid not less than 8 weeks before the holiday is due to commence. Payment for all additional services must be made before departure. |

| PRICES |
These are as shown in our current Tariff and are guaranteed against increase at the time of reservation. |
| CANCELLATION | Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking, after it has
been confirmed you must notify us immediately. The following cancellation charges will be payable:- |

| Between 0-30 days before departure | | 90% of cost of accom. |

| NB If we are able to re-let the accommodation reserved for you, at the same price, we will happily waive the cancellation charges subject to payment of an administration fee equivalent to 10% of the full price of the accommodation. If we are able to re-let the property at a lower price the cancellation charge will be 10% + the difference between the price obtained and the price that the accommodation was reserved at.
Should circumstances arise, outside the control of Vacances de Triskell that result in the booked property being unavailable, we will make every effort to provide alternative accommodation for you. The alternative accommodation would, in the first instance would be provided at La Solinière. If none is available at La Solinière we will make every effort to identify alternative accommodation in the surrounding area which provides as many of the features of La Solinière as possible.
If the cost of the alternative accommodation is less than the cost of the booking the difference will be returned to you. If the cost of the alternative accommodation is up to 10% more that the cost of the booking Vacances de Triskell will pay the additional costs. If the cost of the alternative accommodation is more than 110% of the cost of the booking Vacances de Triskell will contribute 110% and you can then choose whether to accept the alternative booking and meet the costs, over and above 110% , or cancel the booking and have the cost of your holiday returned to you + £50.00 per booking compensation. In the event of alternative accommodation being unavailable Vacances de Triskell will return all of your original payment + £50.00 compensation. |
| CHANGES TO BOOKING |
Should you wish to make any changes to your booking, after it has been confirmed,
you must advise us as soon as possible. If the dates requested are available, in the required property, we will amend the booking. An administration charge of £15 may be payable. |
| RESPONSIBILITIES |
a) You and your party are expected to behave with due consideration for other users of the property and its facilities. Bouin is a peaceful rural community which welcomes holiday makers but discourages loud and inappropriate behaviour. Persistent offenders will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. |
| b) Swimming Pool – this is fenced in accordance with current safety requirements. Guests may use the pool from 10am to 6pm and from 8pm to 10pm daily. Children are only permitted access to the pool area if they are under the supervision of a responsible adult member of their party. Parties ignoring this requirement may be refused access to the pool. |
| c) Park, lake and Tennis Court – under no circumstances are children under the age of 14 permitted unsupervised access to these areas. |
| d) A deposit of £200/300E per gite is required against breakages and damage. This is payable at the time of booking by means of a cheque. The cheque will not be cashed unless liable breakages occur. The cheque will be returned (within 14 days) following the satisfactory inspection of the premises on departure. Broken or damaged articles will be charged at the cost of repair (where possible) or replacement. |
| TIME OF ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE |
Unless otherwise agreed bookings will commence at 4.00pm on the day of arrival and the property should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure. If you arrive before 4.00pm you will be welcome to wait on the sun terrace or in the grounds until your property is ready. |
| TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS |
These are your own responsibility and no claim or refund can be entertained as a consequence of any problems created by your chosen provider. |
| PASSPORTS & HEALTH REQUIREMENTS |
These are your sole responsibility. |
| LIABILITY |
Vacances de Triskell cannot accept liability for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:-
a) The fault of the person(s) affected or any member of their Party or
b) the fault of a third party not connected with Vacances de Triskell and which the *SARL could not have predicted or avoided or
c) an event or circumstances which the SARL or the supplier of services could not have predicted or avoided even after taking all reasonable care or d) the fault of anyone who was not carrying out work for the SARL (generally or in particular) at the time.
Vacances de Triskell cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to guests belongings or possessions unless such loss or damage was due to the negligence of any employee of the SARL |
| COMPLAINTS |
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint please mention the problem to us as soon as possible and we will try to remedy it. We cannot take any responsibility for complaints received more than 7 days after departure. |
| ACCURACY |
Every effort is made by us to ensure the accuracy of all information on our website and in our literature. However no claim will be entertained for any reduction of the enjoyment of your holiday in the event that a service, normally offered by us or other providers, is for reasons beyond our control unavailable. |
